Have you considered sharing with your co-workers ?? I wouldn't take the guacamole dip, it just doesn't keep, even if you wrap tight with plastic. I take some of the fajita chicken

Everyone Who Wants Something Has Stuff. There Was 6 Trays Of Salad Left And Extra Trays Of Everything. So Much Wastage.

Nu, for the Guac, Cover it tightly with plastic wrap my DH pushs the wrap into the Guac and it doesn't get funky, he usually adds a cover on top. I won't eat funky guac.
