Watch new movies online, free

[nuisance]

A friend emailed me this site. I just watched Hancock. Pics a bit grainy, but how can I complain it was free. You can just watch or download/record. Going to watch Hellboy II after supper. I didn't register, just clicked on the movie, and watched it.

to me it's still stealing. If we all do this the movie industry loses money. If your caught you can get fined for it. It's the same problem they had with Napster when they were giving away music. I have a music program on my computer but I paid for it too. I don't agree with watching these movies because it's not right and it is stealing? Would you go steal the movie from the store just because someone told you it was free? Same thing.
If your doing it be careful cause they do watch for those kinds of activities.

good point, and I'm not a fan of watching movies over the computer...

BUT: my thinking is the movie industry and theaters have over charged us for YEARS...$8.00 for a bag of popcorn? A family of 4 cant go to the movies for under $50.00, isn't THAT called highway ROBBERY? Maybe the actors should not get paid as much, maybe they dont need the 3 trailer long "HOUSE" when people in the midwest dont have ONE trailer to their name...maybe, JUST MAYBE, some of those so called "ACTORS" are not WORTH the money they are paid.

I agree sew but 2 wrongs don't make a right. If everyone just stops thinking about what is right then we have nothing left. I don't go to the movies at the theater for those reasons I wait until they come out on video and either buy it or rent it. It's not just the actors who are effected. It's anyone (even the little guys) who has anything to do with that film. When we steal the product they all lose. The actor doesn't lose that much but the little guys who depend on that money are the ones it effects most. To get to the actors it hurts them more if we don't go to the theater to see it cause it hits them with bad reviews and stuff. It also hurts the theater owners with the high prices cause no one there to buy their expensive tickets and food. Stealing is never a good answer to a bad problem.

but thats my point...the actors NEVER loose but they SHOULD! Why is it always the little guy (the middle class worker as Lou Dobbs would say) that has to suffer? We dont go to the movies either, or we go to a mantinee and sneak in snacks. I think the WHOLE SYSTEM needs to be fixed, from the TOP on down. I have a feeling there would be less "pirating" going on, and more people would be seeing the movies in the theater.

Glad to see you back Steph. I agree with all that is said but my bottom point it is Stealing and I can't get past that. This has been a good thread and I am not throwing my thought out to be mean and hurt others. They are my own thoughts and I hope no one is offended.

BitTorrents are simply a P2P protocol that downloads bits of a file. You only need to download a Java client like Azureus for connectivity and search for a file.
