  • Heath Bar Crunch Cake question

    I've made this before and it turned out awesome, but today I'm running into a time problem. I have the cake in the oven, when its ready I'm supposed to poke holes in the cake, spread the sweetened condensed milk and caramel on it, and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before spreading the cool whip. But I need to leave here, with the cake, in about an hour an a half. After spreading the milk and caramel on it, do you think it would work if I stuck the cake in the freezer for an hour, instead of refrigerating it for 2 hours?

    I don't see why not... If I were in your shoes, I'd do the same.
