    I have a wonderful one but I am in the middle of a long stretch of work and won't be able to get it to you until the middle of the week. (maple flavored ribs)

      Flavorful crockpot barbecued spareribs, made with pork ribs, maple syrup and honey, barbecue sauce, and other seasonings.
      INGREDIENTS:

      * 3- pounds spareribs*
      * 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) beef broth
      * 1/2 cup water
      * 2 tablespoons maple syrup
      * 2 tablespoons honey
      * 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
      * 1/4-1/2 cups barbecue sauce to taste
      * 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

      PREPARATION:
      Place spareribs on a broiler rack and broil for 15 minutes. Drain fat off. Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients in the slow cooker; stir well. Add ribs; cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 to hours.(time dependent upon crock pot)

      * I use 5-6 lbs and double the sauce.
