I bought some frozen chopped spinach and, am only using a small amount, (3 tbsps)what is the best way to drain it? Press thru sieve maybe?

That's what I do. I let it sit there for a long time! Then pat it with towels. Don't use paper towels, they will stick to the spinach!

I put spinach into a linen dish towel and gather up and squeeze until all liquid is gone.

while we are talking spinach i take frozen take it out of package, put in a covered dish with a scant bit of water cand cook for 6 minutes over 1 whole onion i m/w ed with a little bit of water for 5 minutes, and serve..Comment
