I've been on a vegetable kick. Tonight will be an artichoke.
Last night was a big bowl of spinach with butter, salt and vinegar sprinkled on top.
Night before that was a bowl of brussels sprouts (from frozen, blech, but I probably cooked them too long. Never had frozen before...)
