Makes me cringe to watch someone stab a piece of meat with a big ol' fork and turn it over a hundred times when they are grilling.
Meat must never, ever, be pierced.
Throw it on the grill, close the lid and let it be.
Flip ONCE
Close the lid and let it be again, until it's time to start checking for doneness.
