I really didn't know bad it was until I put on the news. WOW!!! you got hit bad. Nothing ever happened here. No winds or anything. Now we have to hope our friend in Texas are safe with Hello Dolly.

We are all safe here. I am near Galveston. So far not much rain. I see some lightning this AM. Need the rain! Thanks for being so sweet!

yah it was wicked! took me almost an hour to get home and i live 7 miles away. i take 3 streets normally. that nite i was on 10 dodging tree branches, whole trees, dirt, and driving down..........really up.....a river! now that was scarry! if i would have opened my car door, water would have come in. i wanted to drive really fast to get out of it, but knew that would stall the engine then i would be floating.......so went slow......drove on wrong side of street since it wasnt as deep and turned the first place i could. driving to work yesterday, i saw more trees down.......roofs torn off.......block walls down.
