Well, I am back in circulation. Did everyone have a great weekend? Nu, Guess What? Today, I am completely off the prednisone! Of course, I can't hardly walk and I am in a lot of pain. I hurt so bad my butt cheeks ache!

Good Morning Nommie, good to see you posting. I am sorry you are in pain. We had company all weekend, so you know what that means, clean up time today and to the store to re-stock. LOL

I aam having company this weekend and my house is a mess. I hope I feel like doing some cleaning after work this week.
I thought since we can't do a long chat thread---how about a daily one like this?

I'm glad your off the prednisone, it's good for you when you need it, but not long term.

Must be something in the air, my joints have hurt worse than usual for the last week, and swollen all my joints and around my eyes. It's weird to walk when the balls of your feet just below your toes are swollen.

SSDD here, Eating IHOP breakfast the drug reps brought. Todays potluck. I was suppose to bring roast. it's still home in the freezer! I completely forgot! :

Nothing new around here.

I am trying to decide if I can afford to take the day off and just veg. Sure would love to but don't see it happening. I am looking after DD's pup for another 3 days....Little squirt has about worn me out. Good thing she's cute....!

That's the truth. She's about worn out our dog too. Molly is almost 8. The little one is getting quite feisty. I'm waiting for our Molly to stop being so tollerant. I don't think she will take much more before she lets the little one know who exactly is running this show

Your Molly probably is realizing that this is a " baby", she maybe annoyed, but she may not do anything. Hang in, just three more days

That may calm the little one down enough that both you and Molly can tolerate her.

Nothing exciting for me today, except a trip to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned. Now tomorrow will be exciting, going to Carmel, by the Sea....It'll be wonderful to get out of this heat.

That sounds so wonderful, can I come ? LOL A couple of years ago my daughter and her family flew out to California to visit family and they stayed in the San Diego area. They just loved it, just loved it.

Sure Sabine, bring your dog.. That's why we go there with our dogs, it's about the only beach left that dogs can run off leash. AND, there are about 20 restaurants that allows dogs in. Of course in a special patio area. Really fun. They even have doggie menu's. Clint Eastwood's, Hogs Breath Inn Restaurant allows dogs too.. In front of Tiffany's there, they have doggie water bowls.. It's a dog friendly town.
