Yea, the Omelette in the Bag! I make these all the time! Get Good Quality ZipLoc baggies. The cheap ones tend to fall apart. Each person gets there own Baggie, crack Two eggs in baggie, squish the egg up, then add what you like, like cheese, veggies ect. Then, write you name on the bag with a waterproof pen, and throw the bags in a big pot of boiling water for 12 min. With 10 people, you might have to do this a few times tho

LOL No kidding! Might have a fight if some have to wait! But, there is nothing like the smell of bacon cooking outdoors. The omelette idea might be too much tho. 10 people, thats alot of chopping of veggies and meat and all the other good stuff.

Before We Go Camping, I Like To Go Ahead And Chop/slice Veggies And Put Them In Baggies. Brown Some Ground Meat And Put In Baggy, Or Even Precook My Sausage, Just Have To Warm It Up. I Like To Cheat!!!

I forgot, you have to squish the air out of the bags before you add to the pot. I find, folding the bag over and over till it gets to the zip part works well.

Here is a site for camping food. It has the Omelette recipe on there too

When we camp, I like to make a big pot of sausage gravy, and either pre-bake some biscuits, or use the microwave biscuits. Add either a big bowl of mixed fruit or different juices. Have also browned the sausage and/or bacon ahead of time, mix up french toast egg mix, and bring along the thick bread and have french toast breakfast. Maybe have some doughnuts or danish. Depending if there are going to be kids, maybe have some individual bowls of cereal, kind you get at Sams.

Wow! Those are some really good ideas y'all. Thanks, I will also keep them in mind. I have an idea for you. Since its a large crowd, why not bring some flour tortillas and make Breakfast Burritos or Tacos?

there is if you were up all night doing camp things.

ya know hunting bears, singing by the campfire, making s'more, washing marshmellow out of your hair, playing flashlight tag, or looking for the kid who's flashlight burned out... humm

there's always scare the other camper families you don't know and will never see again, the whole ghost reflection on their tents, bear noises at their tents, somethings with string and honey.....

Baked apples: core them ahead of time and bring maple syrup, wrap in tin foil...
Banana splits: slice a banana along the inside curve (not thru), stuff with some granola and honey, wrap in foil...
