    Link doesn't work.

From what I can tell, we can't see it from here, (US) Some Canadians can, and you can from China. Should be happening about now, Just looked at sun with DH's welding helmet. Full round bright orange orb for me!

Nu- you are correct-The eclipse – visible to the naked eye in Siberia and northern China –It was at 4am this morning. Plenty of folks watched from the Exploratorium in San Francisco.

It would be neat to witness the sun eclipse, but I remember some months ago this past winter there was a beautiful "moon" eclipse which I was so excited to see. Seems every time we have some type of "event" with the moon, sun and stars where I live it's ALWAYS, ALWAYS cloudy or raining Don't know what it is about this area, but it sucks! I would LOVE just once to see the shooting stars that happen, I think, something like every August........no luck yet, but just like winning the lottery.........I shall prevail!!!

Sorry that first link didn't work. http://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov/eclipse.html

I'd love to be able to see it, too. Would be really cool.
