i am the only person i know who does not have one.
my kids have at least two each, and I bought DH one a few weeks back, ipod touch something.

i just do not like them. i dom't like the headphone part. they hurt my ears, and i like to hear my sourandings. i like to crank music loud and buzz around town in the miata. lol

maybe one day i'll be ok with ear buds, but not now.

I dont have one either. Its one of those things like cell phones and CD players - my kids all get one about 10 years before I get around to getting one for myself.

Don't have one either, yet. DH and both boys have ipods/mp3 players. I listen to DH's it have mostly Stevie Ray Vaughan, AC/DC, CCR and that type of music on it. I am getting ready to get a Sony/Ericsson Walkman cell that is also an mp3 player so I'll have my own.

I got one for my anniversary and love it! Mostly 80's music on mine - lots of upbeat songs to work out to. Tons of Duran Duran! I replaced my earphones with pink gummy ones to match it - much more comfortable than the apple ones that hurt my ears. I've got the Ghost Hunters Beyond Reality Radio podcasts on mine as well. Love listening to Jason & Grant while I do housework!

I have DH's old MP3. He upgraded to an Ipod and has been talking about getting one with more memory so I'll probably inherit his old one. I also changed earbuds for ones that were smaller. I use it mainly while cutting grass (under my ear protectors) or when I am in the workshop (poor radio reception there). My earbuds do not cut out ALL the surrounding noise.

What do I have on it? Billy Joel, Elton John, Amanda Marshall, Eagles, Queen, Supertramp, Joe Cocker, Eric Clapton, a little Led Zeplin, and Arlo Guthrie (Alice's Restaurant--all 25 minutes of it--love that song)
