I made a cake today and had to use egg whites only. What can I do with the yolks so I don't have to waste them????

I think, in the Ben and Jerry handbook, it says something like, put them in a covered bowl in the fridge. Then, 2 weeks later, throw them out.
I don't want buns of steel. I want buns of cinnamon !!!

Even just a boxed lemon pudding/pie filling is good!

My neighbor makes the most delicious leche flan. She mixes six egg yolks with a can of eagle brand condensed milk and a can of regular condensed milk. She pours this into a small cake pan that has melted sugar on the bottom. Place it in a water bath on top of the stove and steam until set. This is absolutely the best I have ever eaten.

Even when the receipe calls for egg yolks, I just use the whole egg. Never has seemed to make any difference.
