Question
I am making out my monthly dinner menu...and am thinking of making some grilled steak enchiladas. I requested a sauce recipe to smother them with..we will see...I may end up just buying or making a marinara sauce? Haven't decided yet. I want to grill some vegetables to smother the grilled steak with...onions. green and red bell peppers. Do I brush some olive oil over the vegetables while I grill them or how should I do it? Also..do you think refried beans would be good in it? I may make some rice to throw in it too or off to the side.Last edited by Roxy; 08-05-2008, 01:21 PM.Tags: None
