Ok, this is probably a very dumb question to some people, but I need it answered! 
I'm making bruschetta chicken and the recipe says to chop up tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and "hold for two hours." Does this mean sit it aside? Do I leave it out at room temp, or do I need to refrigerate?
