Beer is made by fermentation cause by bacteria feeding on yeast cells and then defecating. In other words, it's a nice tall glass of bacteria doo-doo.

Too much information. However, bacteria defecation is a lot better than other kinds. Besides if you drink enough beer you won't care where it came from
