    I am making out my grocery list today and trying to come up with something different. Does anyone have a favorite chinese recipe or a stir-fry recipe and if so..could you post it over on tried and true? Thanks

        My basic terryaki sauce is 1 part cooking sherry, 1 part soy sauce, and a little less than 1 part sugar. Can use as is. But a little fresh ginger and/or garlic makes it. You can use a little red pepper flakes if you want hot.
