  • anyone heard of the belly fat diet?

    Just saw on RR these 2 woman wrote a book about losing the "belly fat"...by incorporating MONO-unsaturated fats, the GOOD fats, into every meal (EVOO, nuts/seeds, avocado, dark chocolate) and leaving out the POLY-unsaturated fats (the man made crap we love so much).

    I think I can do THAT...has anyone heard of this? Do you have recipes?

      Oh, I thought you meant the diet where you PUT ON belly fat... I'm an EXPERT on that one!!

      Edited to add: Okay, I DO accept responsibility for what goes past my lips, but I'd just like to add that menopause does evil things to a woman's body... seriously...

          Green tea is best way to get rid from the belly fat of the body.
          You should drink 2-3 cup of green tea daily. Green tea also beneficial to boost metabolism.

            Its pretty much like any other diet, dont eat bad stuff. I have heard both good and bad things about it. It tells you not to eat raw veggies because they cause bloating and drink cucumber water and other silly things.

              Dr. Oz had a segment on different body shapes and how to lose weight for each type.
              There were 4 different diets One for butt fat, tummy fat, upper body fat and another type.
              You eat cetain foods that replace one of your meals for five days.
