Cilantro-Line Cream

Cilantro-Lime Cream

1 cup Sour Cream
4 TBS Fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 TBS Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
Whisk all together and serve with Crawfish Cakes!
Makes 1 cup
