      Re: Hey TX Rogue..

NO WAY!! Ok, ya gotta go to Half Price Books or a used bookstore and pick up the first one, Odd Thomas. Then, ya gotta read Forever Odd. Then, Brother Odd. When you get to that one, let me know. I think I still have it and I could send to you. The most recent one is Odd Hours. - GREATNESS!!!!

I have several of his books here. Have you read most of his? I can look around and see what I have, and if you want them, they're yours!

I have the Brother Odd series here but saving them up for winter reading. My favorites where Watchers and Lightning. Those 2 were unforgettable.

How about "From the Corner of His Eye" and "Life Expectancy"? Anyone read those? Oh, and "The Darkest Evening of the Year"? Those were all really, really good..

I have read all his books. I agree the Odd Thomas books are great. BTW did you know the address in the back of the book is really his address. I wrote a letter to him because I enjoyed the fact that he always had a Downs Syndrome child in his book. He actually wrote back to me with a handwritten letter. What a treasure.

Oh, wow Detritus! That is really neat! You wouldn't think he would have the time to handwrite letters! That is so cool that he does... Robert Crais is another one of my very favorite authors. We have e-mailed, but not quite as personal as a handwritten note.
