  • Did you know animals can get Dwarfism?

Yesterday at "Bark in the Park" we met a Pit Bull with Dwarfism. Weirdest thing I've ever seen. I posted pics in my album.

That is freaky looking! His head looks the same size, but his body is little.

Your Boomer is so cute. I love that Bee costume!

I think the pit bull is cute! How did the Bark in the Park go? Did you have a good time? Sounds like a lot of fun! I didn't know they could also be affected by dwarfism either..
Have you made time to listen to the birds today........

He had the regular sized head, really wide hips and little waist just like a human dwarf! It was fun. Boomer the Bee didn't win the costume contest. Weather started getting bad right at the end and tents were blowing over!

I think his little costume is adorable and so is he! I know you are very proud of him no matter what he's wearing!

Re: Did you know animals can get Dwarfism?

Our old neighbor had a Shephard that had stubby little legs. Looked real weird! I asked him if the dog was a mixed breed and the guy told me no, that the parents of the dog were full grown and that he had papers on the dog. That thing would scale the fence at night, rip peoples garbage up and down lawns, then jump back in his yard and start barking, like trying to make the owners think he never left and did all that damage!

How cute! What dog park do you go to? We are looking for one to take my grandfathers dog that my DM has now.

I loved the pug costume. I'm a pug lover....I own two, or maybe I should say "they own me".
