Just wondering, has anyone ever used powdered sugar in place of regular sugar in a recipe? Can it be done?

Re: Sugar substitution
No. Powdered sugar contains a small percentage of corn starch to prevent it from caking and getting lumpy in the package, and that corn starch can throw off the flour/starch ratio in your recipe and make it too dry.The average woman would rather have beauty than brains, because the average man can see better than he can think.
