Stella, your pretzel receipe

Do you grease the pan? Or just put them on the cookie sheet? I have non stick pans but sometimes have to grease them a little.

i spray the pan with the can of olive oil. I found that some of them stuck a little and i didn't like it.

but later i got the bar pan, stoneware from pampared chef and once that was seasoned i didn't have to spray it anymore.
