Baked with butter, sour cream, salt and pepper. Maybe a little cheese, and some crumbled bacon.

any way they can be cooked. Potatos are my downfall I'm really trying hard to leave them alone. ... I'm a diabetic and although I can have them, I don't have will power.

atkins schmmmatkins,,,,i LOVE taters....if i HAD to pick a favorite it would be Loaded mashed potatoes with sour cream, cheese, bacon, and butter mixed in, skins at least half on by the way......

a close second would be rubbed in bacon grease, salted, then Baked and add Sour cream, butter, cheese, bacon and sometimes sauteed mushrooms and onions which i am always looking for an excuse to put on pretty much anything i can find.

I love mashed potatoes with lots of butter and salt. Twice baked with sour cream, cheese, salt, butter, pepper. Baked with brocolli cheese soup poured over top...any combo of bad, nasty, artery clogging gunk is good for me!
Sorry Shakrah, I despise, with a passion, new potatoes boiled with butter and chives. I liken it to eating eyeballs.

Sliced and fried up with a little onion and garlic! One of the things I miss most about dieting!
