Loved the pictures...very nice recipe! You could probably use corn tortillas too. I would prefer the flour ones though...

I Bet You Can Mix And Match Herbs/spices, Green Onions, Add Diff Cheeses!! Dh Has Got Where He's Too Damned Picky And Won't Eat Tomatoes All Of A Sudden, So Will Have To Make A Small Batch To Eat All By Myself! Lol
