Good morning all! Beautiful day here again--I can't believe it is August-we have been having the most perfect weather....However, I still have my aches and pains. Got a doctor's appt in the morning but not the one I need-pain manaagement-that appt is mid Sept and rheumy tried to get me in sooner but no luck. My body feels like one huge toothache!

I hope you get to feeling better. We have had beautiful weather here too. Low to mid 80's in August!!! I am loving this global warming; I will take it any day of the week!
I start back to school today and I am so excited. I am ready to get on with my degree already!

Today I Get My Nails Done On My Lunch Hour. I Am Thinking A French Manicure--i Have Never Had One Beofre. Tonight We Are Going To A Friends To Shred Cabbage To Make Sauerkraut. Nice Sunny Day, But Dry And Cooler Only Into The 70's TodaySHELComment

We need rain, it is so dry and I have had to water my flowers, not worried about the lawn. It is practically freezing in the morning, I have all the windows open. I think it is to get a bit warmer today, maybe 86. DH and I have to decide on our fall vacation dates today when he gets home. Hope everyone has a great day.Comment

Good Morning CK peeps, we had some good rain yesterday, which we needed, and it looks like some more rain today. Of course with the rain comes the high humidity, and I could do without that. LOL , talk about bad hair days.
Shel, I have french manicures most of the time, I like it. Try it , I think you will like it.
Cindy, good luck, hope it will be a good school year for you. I know you won't have much time to post, but check in when you have a chance. And keep up with your blog, I really enjoy reading it. Liked your comments on chat boards. You were right on.

Good Morning to you all Dear Friends!!! Well, it has been raining nearly every day since last Saturday & I expect we are going to continue with the rain a few more days. We have needed it, but the grass is going to be hard to mow. It sure is pretty and green. I am enjoying hearing the frog chorus this AM. I have all but the chicken filling made for my tamales. Will be very busy today and tomorrow. I have enough to make at least 35 dozen tamales. I am looking forward to that first cold snap that turns into Autumn. I love the starting of the Holidays. Morning Folks, Stormed All Night, Good Thunder And Lightening Show All Night!! Flooded Everywhere, Took 45 Min To Get To Work, Usually Takes 15 Min. All The Main Roads Were Blocked Off, Had To Keep Finding Little Back Roads To Take, Had Interstate 44 Closed For A Long Time!!! Suppose To Get More Rain, We'll See If I Get Home Or Not. If Not, My Doc Has Extra Bedrooms! I Was Friends With His Wife Long Before I Worked For Him, So She Wouldn't Mind, Just Have To Go To Wal-mart To Get A Change Of Clothes!
