either blt's or brats on the grill. we plan on freezing corn tonight so something easy.

Thursday is carry out night here! DH brings something home on his way home from work. I love it too, now I can start cleaning my house and not have to stop to cook!

I have all the groceries in the frig, for:

Chicken cacciatore
Spaghetti sauce
Sausauge, egg and cheese burritos (to freeze and bring to the office)
Meat, bean and cheese burritos (to freeze and bring to the office)
Chicken medallions rolled in sesame seeds and chives (a twist on a dish I saw on Rachael Ray)

I feel a cooking marathon coming on tonight. And lots of leftovers in Scott's near future. LOL
