It's called kinesiology tape, and it comes in other colors, too -- pink, beige, etc. It has to be applied in a specific way depending upon whether it is being used for support or rehab. It gets applied in a specific direction and with a certain percentage of tension. It is supposed to lift the skin up and away from the underlying tissue to encourage circulation and healing.Comment
