WOW - I really feel lazy compared to some of you guys - LOL!
I'm usually in bed no later than 8:30, watch TV until I fall asleep usually around 9:30 and up at either 5:00 or 5:20 (depending if I'm going to work early or not). Now, when the fall TV line up starts it will depend on when my favorite TV shows are playing. Hopefully, Grey's Anatomy will still be at 8:00 and Dirty Sexy Money at 8:00, too.

It's good to hear that I'm not the only one that gets no more sleep than 5 hours. It's not that I can't sleep, but it's just that I have so much to do when I get home or just find stuff to do and keep telling myself tomorrow I'm going to bed earlier and it never happens. Too much reading on the computer.

Depends on what time the little ones (7 year old & 5 month old) go to sleep. I am in bed between 9:30-11:00 and then up at 4:45. Like to be ready before they get up so I only have to worry about getting them up and their things together before we leave.

I go to bed between 9 & 10. Depends if anything on TV worth watching. DH goes to bed between 8 & 9, he gets up at 4:30am.

I'm usually off the net between 8 and 9 and in bed between 10 and 10:30, I'm very rarely up past 10:45, we get up around 5 in the morning.

I find this interesting that many of us are nightowls/insomniaces! I go to bed anywhere from 10:30pm to 4:00 a.m. since I work "split shifts." When I work 3rds, it's sometimes 10:00 am when I finally get to bed!

I know this is not "healthy" but "corporate America" expects the American worker to be available & "eager" to work these hours. Does anyone else in the world do this to themselves?

I get in bed to watch TV at 10.. Always fall asleep and eventually will turn it off at 3 or 4a..

I usually turn off at 8 p.m. One of my dogs MUST have play time after which I'll get a bath, and generally I'm on the bed by 9 and read for 30-45 minutes before lights out. Get up at 4:40.

I am not usually on the computer after we had dinner, that is our time to talk, watch TV.
I go to bed fairly early, but I read or watch TV. Always try to catch the 10 o'clock local news.

I usually get off the computer around 8PM, take a shower, read in bed until about 10:30PM.

I go to bed between 10 and 11, and get up around 6 - 6:30. I'm not usually on the computer late in the evening. We usually have dinner, talk/watch tv after work.

Its anywhere between 10:30 and 1:00 AM. If I have tea its 1:00 AM!

During the week, my preference is 10:00 pm, but that never happens. So I'm just going to say weeknights, it's between 10:00 pm and 12 midnight! Weekends are different........like Bette, I'm a night owl by nature, but as I get older I do find myself dwindling down earlier and earlier. Maybe if I didn't have to work I would get back to my old habits. Who knows?!
