Soymilk
I'm trying to get more calcium in my diet, and don't care for regular milk. Has anyone tried Silk soymilk? Or any of the other brands of soymilk?

I am not a milk drinker. However, I finally got brave enough to try the Silk Vanilla Soy for my cereal. I love it. However, I don't think you want to cook with it.

No, if it does the cereal masks it---I know I don't have to put hardly any sweetner in it. Nommie

Silk Milk is very good. You just have to know it isn't milk. I tried the plain and it is really yuk. My Mamma drinks it all the time. I like the very very vanilla. It keeps a long time too.
