What's for Dinner: 8-28-08

I will be eating at school tonight. Most likely a sandwich and chips. DH says he is taking the kids out for pizza. They are loving me having a late evening at school. They get to go for Pizza. What is on your menu for this evening ¿


Oh, and I had coffee for breakfast...yummo!

Ahhh memories... I was taking a french class at the community college in the evening and would drop my 3 kids off at my sister's who was living here for one year (from France) and teaching in a private school. I'd bring dinner (a casserole, usually) so she didn't have to do anything after working all day but sit down and enjoy supper and then plop my kids and her 2 in front of TV for an hour till I returned. Those were fun times... not to mention, she could help me w/ my homework... haha.

Not a clue what's for supper tonight.

Dinner, ok, I guess it is back to reality for me. I am making chicken a la king. SO really likes that one, and I have a cold and can't taste a thing, so I will have some toast and tea.

DD and I do that whenever DH and DS go out of town.

After my awesome corned beef dinner I had last night, I am going easy. Mild italian brats and velveeta mac and cheese, salad and some fresh picked apples.

We are having Nu's angel chicken over noodles, fresh green beans and home made creamed corn cut off the cobb. No salad as I am out of lettuce and tea.

all day spaghetti, i remember the day I cooked it.

the all morning cooking to get the color right, the all day simmering...
ate some and froze the rest. here we are now... all day spaghetti in 20 minutes.
