They said that she was arrested for petty theft, fraud and forgery. Apparently a friend let her use a car awhile back and Casey got a hold of the friend's checkbook. They said she forged checks at Target and some other store.

I'm watching Greta on Fox News right now. She said usually they don't make a big deal out of something like this. I mean yes you get in trouble, but they don't come and arrest you like this. I have a feeling that something else is going on, because the investigator on the case was also there.

Wess, they couldn't time it better.. There's suppose to be a press conference soon, but it won't be on my stations here in CA... Let me know what you find out..

I was watching too! Jane sitting in for Nancy was talking to the reporter there about the protesters, then all of a sudden all these cop cars came up. Everyone thought they were there to break up the protesters, but they went in and cuffed Casey and took her away. Now I'm curious about what's going on!

The police JUST now hauled Casey out of the house in handcuffs..! So I'm sure now they have more evidence on something..

Padilla Won't Revoke Bond
UPDATE at 12:05 p.m. Friday: Leonard Padilla has changed his mind and will NOT revoke the bond, the bounty hunter just said. He said he plans to add more protection. Padilla spoke with reporters at the office of attorney Jose Baez. Padilla has repeatedly said that Casey Anthony and those around her are in danger by people who are anger at the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.

That is a crock of crap!

The spokesperson for the Anthony family was on the radio today (who by the way is in California) he was an absolute idiot. He knew nothing about the dna evidence that was released yesterday. The dj started giving him heck - how can you be a spokes person when you are not even here. Why don't you know about the dna evidence? The guy said I know more about this case than anyone and the dj said again - why don't you know about the dna evidence?? The guy hung up.

i think the entire story needs to be dropped from the media.

just like Jon Benet, that case is a mess because the media messed it all up.

and OJ that poor man is called innocent now, i think it's because the media messed it all up.

just let it rest and let the authorities do their job, as poorly as they are doing it... let them do just do it.

Thank you, Stella. I feel the same way. None of us really knows what's going on and none of us are really in a position to say whether or not the mom is guilty of anything. That's what a court is for. Let the jury see the evidence and come to a verdict.

I will never understand why this bailsbond man thought she was inoccent and posted bail ? Unless of course it made the news and gave him his 15 minutes in the limelight.

I think they know a lot more than they are telling us. Like I said before - if they truly felt she was alive then they would have issued an amber alert - like they always do.

Cindy Anthony has been more than willing to use the media and speak to them - well know that the air evidence has come out she is not speaking to them. She put up no tresspassing signs in her yard. Not to mention from day one neither one of them used the media begging, pleading, for the return of their grandaughter. I think they knew Casey is responsible or had something to do with her death.

I believe everyone from the start knew this poor little girl was not alive but in an effort to keep their crazy daughter from going to jail they are going along with these stories she has fabricated.

I too am drawn to this case - but I am frustrated because of this huge web of lies. And yes - I agree Casey does not deserve to be called a mother.

Throw her a$$ back in jail with all of the other inmates and see how she likes being pushed around. It was a mistake getting her out in the first place.
