I'm making Big Daddy's Pork Shank recipe w/ Great Northern Beans. So far it smells great!

Hope everyone has a great day. Its going to rain here so we're planning on going to the movies later and see Dark Knight.

I was up at 5:30a. I've already planted 3 hydrangea bushes and picked a ton of tomatoes which I plan to skin and freeze. Were having ribs, pesto potatoes and fresh zucchini and corn chowder for dinner.

Were having a Brisket, some Baked Potato Salad, Pintos, Carrots , & Hawaiian Wedding Cake.

Tomorrow is DS's 24th birthday, So I told him I'd make him dinner today, whatever he wants. So.... we're having...... Little pizza's . Got english muffins, spaghetti sauce, pepperoni's, italian sausage, mushrooms, onion, bell peppers, cheese, black olives. I'll just kinda mix and match. And I have salad for a side, like anyone will eat that! lol

i have some in the freezer, so those are out, and he'll BBQ some, fry some.
and he'll have usually 4 different kinds of wings out.

i think i'll make a texas cole slaw, and i don't know what else..


chicken breasts are on sale, so i'll go grab up some of those and make a bunch of dump recipes out of them, and i need to make some chicken nuggets as well. freezer is low on the nugget inventory...
