  • Baby Sea Scallops

I bought some not long ago, they are in the freezer.

any suggestions on what I should do with them?
i wasn't raised on scallops, so i am almost clueless on what to do with them.

i googled some recipes, but didn't know if maybe you had a better idea.

I have one that I'll post in T&T; it includes crab meat, but you certainly can use just the scallops. I've also used shrimp w/the scallops.

Yes, broiled with butter and maybe a squeeze of lemon juice. Yum!

We enjoy Pan Seared w/ fresh garlic and butter.

Stella, you are one lucky gal. I love them. Just make sure you pat them with a paper towel before cooking, they can splatter. Don't cook for too long. Enjoy

was thinking of something in a pasta with a sauce and vegs... still undecided.

thanks roset, yea don't cook too long and pat dry... they get like little rubber balls of cooked too long..

That's how I fix scallops, but I buy the larger size.
