Re: Need some help please
I figured it was the for the one you cooked. I think I will try that just so I can see if the texture is any better next time. I have it in the fridge as I type.
Thank you again so much.

Re: Need some help please
Oh, thank you Ladies! That sounds SO GOOD!! I am going to have to try it out for Thanksgiving. Of course, I will probably have to try it out many times before Thanksgiving - you know - just to make sure.....But, that's a chance I'm willing to take!!!

Livetobake............
P.S. I think that bottom part is if you use the cook and serve kind of pudding instead of the instant.......sorry if you got confused there!!!
(Combine all ingredients. Cook in saucepan over medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into shell. Chill for at least 4 hours. Serve with whipped topping. Add chopped nuts if desired).

Re: Need some help please
Livetobake..........does this sound like it?
LIGHT AND CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (6 serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 1/2 c. thawed Bird's Eye Cool Whip Topping
1 graham cracker crust
Combine pumpkin, milk, pie filling mix and pumpkin pie spice in small bowl. Beat at lowest speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 1 minute. Fold in 2 1/2 cups of topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until firm (can put in freezer) about 4 hours. Top with remaining whipped topping.
Combine all ingredients. Cook in saucepan over medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into shell. Chill for at least 4 hours. Serve with whipped topping. Add chopped nuts if desired.

I think it was on this board that I saw a recipe for pumpkin pie that you use vanilla pudding, milk, pumpkin and cool whip. You put it in the fridge.
I cannot find it. Can someone help me please?
Thanks in advance.Tags: None
