  • Pet urine stain on wood floor - HELP!

My cat got into a cardboard box that I accidentally left on the floor last night and pee'd in it, thinking it was a new litter box I'm sure! When I got up this morning and discovered it, there was a not so small dark stain on my honey colored wood floors! This is a rental unit so I need to get it up and it's also very visible since it's in the middle of the room. Can anyone help???

Oh no! I'm not sure if this would work on a wood floor, but there's a very good dry carpet cleaner called Host. Good luck!

Pour hydrogen peroxide on it and leave it for a day, then wipe up and repeat. Test it on a small spot first! I had this problem and it worked really well, but I had light hardwood floors
