    5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

    4 tablespoons flour
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons baking cocoa
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons milk
    3 tablespoons oil
    3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extract
    1 coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The
cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now
we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or
    night!
The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

Faith is believing in advance what already makes sense in retrospect. O:-)

Re: 5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

I made these 2yrs ago for DD's trachers THEY WENT NUTS FOR THEM!
I packaged up the "dry ingrd" and left instructions on how to make/bake them.

The only change I had was I added the vanilla in drops to the sugar, stirred it up and spread it out to dry...THEN added the sugar layer to the packages and into the mugs to wrap. (one less thing for them to add)

well yea. that's how ya do it lol

was wondering if it puffed UP over the top, like a muffin?
to ice, rather than stay low flat below the rim.
            I wasn't clear on that.

The ones I made were kinds below the rim...but I used BIG mugs. Like the 14-16oz kind.
              Test one and see

                        you's a fun-knee fun-knee girl.

                        i went to wal mart.
hahahahaha saw everyone i know. no one i spoke too had power at home, most were there just to waste time.
i felt i should have lied to some of them about power. i feel bad in a way that i have power and they don't, and some have trees on their house.

but, the meat counter is empty. it looks odd.
there is some frozen food, but like the piza rolls, i picked up the bag and they were all stuck together, so that's a no go.

no dairy, but there was milk.
i wanted eggs. but there were none.
yougurt butter cheese all of it, is gone.

I was thankful they had milk.
i am even more thankful I have DINNER IN THE FREEZER !!
                        whew!

I tried this on friday. I'm sorry, but you have to be desperate for a piece of cake. Just my thoughts.
