Me too.. I am really starting to worry that she has not checked in. Maybe she is one of the unlucky folks that still have no power.... Hope she and her family and home are ok...

I love you my Darlings!
We are fine and good here.
Just got the power turned back on at about 7 PM..
We were really blessed in our area. We all lost a lot of trees, some fence damage, roof damage, ect. But no flooding and we have our power back after almost a week of doing without!
We are still under a curfew, but I expect it will lift soon.
We did not evacuate. Spent most of the first night with some friends & then returned home. I have a tree leaning on the trailer, but it didn't cause any real damage. I have applied with Fema because I need a cherry picker to get this bad boy down & don't want to try & let friends do it & end up causing more damage .
I have missed you all so much and will be glad to have my cooking back...lol!
See y'all around...Hugs & kissies!
Have you made time to listen to the birds today........
I am so glad you and yours are ok....Glad to have you back Sweetie!!

Being without power is the pits! Glad your damage was minor and that your family is safe and, most of all, back home. Fay, Hanna and Ike certainly have made our summer eventful this year! Good to have you back!
