Re: New Furniture???
you can loosen and adjust the hinges, they will move up or down to let the doors hang right

Re: New Furniture???
I bought a new dining room suite in June and they delivered it from 150 miles away. We noticed the next day that a couple of the chairs didn't sit flat on the floor. I called them - they were back within 3 days with new chairs for me. Then they called the next day to make sure they were all right. I was impressed! There is still customer service out there.

If it was delivered by the store, the delivery men should of checked the doors. Call and complain.

Re: New Furniture???
i would call someone out.
should be part of the service.
i agree with allie, perhaps the floor is off center.
or the hinges need to be tightened, or loosened. loose on the top and tight on the bottom?

maybe it's a little off-square? maybe her floor is not level underneath it? or the hinges need tightening? tell her to look at those things first.

New Furniture???
My daughter bought a new hutch for her dining room. One of the doors rubs a little on the top and instead of calling for someone to come out and check, I thought there might be something to rub on it so that it would be easier to open. Any suggestions?Tags: None
