I was thinking it would help the skin underneath, but it usually just makes the scab come off quicker. Anyone ?

If it's a fresh wound/sore, I'd wait a bit, use antibiotic oint. But if it's healing well, no problem using lotion, just watch to make sure it doesn't become infected. Of course, that comes from me, I'm a picker!! If I have a scab, I pick it, make the sore bigger and more sore! I can't help it, I pick at everything!!
