1 Crockpot --- or 2 ????

Does anyone think I'm nuts for wanting to buy another Crockpot?

I have a large one and a tiny one for dips. But I'd just love to have 2 large ones, to have 2 things going at once - like when my family comes over - that's lots of mouths to feed. Anyway - is this crazy? I think it would be great like for game days to have one with Chili in it and one with BBQ, or Nommie's Crock Pot Chicken and the other with Taco Meat or Spaghetti Sauce simmering on low..........

I don't think you are crazy-I have four--you have to have an oval one for the chicken. Someone on this board has about 14 I think.

You should buy yourself one. Make sure it's one that the inside lifts out for cleaning.

There are a ga-zillion recipes for the Crock Pot. And as you can see - I just obtained another one that I didn't have.

It's perfect cooking. And done when you walk in the door. So great to smell that wonderful aroma as you enter your house..........Mmmmmm....Mmmmmm

Treat yourself! I am going to do the same and get another one! Feel like I'm spoiling myself! Ha!

I have two crockpots. A large one and one just a little bit smaller. Usually use the large one though.

my daughter has one, but I don't think she uses it much anymore ?? I don't think I would use it much, I rather have a panini pan

LAURA, HAVE YOU SEEN THE BLOG/WEBSITE FOR THE LADY MAKING SOMETHING IN THE CROCKPOT EVERYDAY FOR A YEAR? SHE HAS SOME PRETTY GOOD RECIPES. YOU CAN SCAN IT FROM DAY ONE TILL NOW, AROUND DAY 200 NOW. AND/OR SIGN UP AND SHE'LL EMAIL YOU THE RECIPE SHE MADE THAT DAY AND WHAT SHE AND THE FAMILY THOUGHT OF IT.
