Made a tuna casserole tonight. Haven't made that in ages because DH seems to think he makes the "world best", LOL..........it's OK, but I eat it more so just because "I" didn't have to make it!!!!!

Seems I've been doing that a lot lately.......things I cook to me are just, "eh", yet everyone else eating whatever I've made raves about it!!! I guess it's like when you go to a ball game and the hot dogs taste better there than at home on the grill.

I made an 'Everything But the Kitchen Sink Casserole' tonite. Had some leftover ham and veggies to use up so, I tossed it altogether with some mac & cheese.

Geez, my 11 year old is at his Cross Country Meet (far away...too far for me to watch a 1 minute ending!) and my 8 year old just got picked up to go to the Pumpkin Patch. So I was planning a nice meal for 3...but now that Ali is gone......might have DH take me out for a date!!!!!!

We are having grilled brats off the grill, homemade mac n cheese, homemade applesauce, and cottage cheese.

I could eat dinner right now and it's not even 4:00 yet!

Oh, and we're having whatever DH is cooking - coz I am going to be busy packing up some clothes and old toys for charity.

They're picking it up tomorrow - so I have to get it finished tonight.
That's the best motivator to get those things done - schedule a pick-up!
