1 oz. each Stoli Vanilla Vodka and Bacardi Coco, shaken and served up in a martini glass with a toasted coconut rim


After that I'll be ready for:

"The Breakfast in Bed"

Vintage 1987 or 1988 Krug champagne, Cointreau, hazelnut liqueur, white truffle and fruit


That should pretty well do me in.

Oh just give me something long and cold and very alchoholic.

I spent all afternoon working on a pieced table runner. I put it together, sewed on the backing, went to topstitch and realized that one of the blocks is WRONG!!. I can't do a dang thing to fix the mistake. All the time and fabric wasted--it was for a gift--and now I'll just have to keep it and try putting a table lamp or something on the wonky part. Grrrrr.

On second thought--gimme a beer and I'll join Ang over at her table. We can cry together.
