You wrap it up in HEAVY duty aluminum foil and seal it very well. It wont leak in there. It was just a silly way to cook at the time...

So, I take it, you wouldnt be doing this in an empty dishwasher? If its wrapped good, why not toss the fish in too??? I dont knowww, im babbling over here

LOL! I had to put my 2 cents in. . . LOL!
I did see someone on TV do this. If it were me, I would wrap the fish in the foil then perhaps one of those oven cooking bags just to be sure it did seal safely. . . I would not want any soap in it, that is unless your mad at you husband. LOL! Soap would act as a laxative.
But honestly, the end results on the show did look good, perfectly poached. They were washing dishes at the same time. I just can remember what show it was on. But hey, two birds with one stone. LOL!
