OK, it is not the Neelys, but they have a colored girl on either Saturday or Sunday mornings doing soul food. She made meatloaf stuffed into pepper rings that looked so awesome that I want to make them for dinner tonight. I have been looking all over foodnetwork for the recipie and just can not find it. I think the lady might be Sonny Anderson, but I cant find her on there at all. I think she does the show called how did that get on my plate also, or maybe I just have 2 ladies mixed up. Anyways I need this dang meatloaf recipie. HELP!

this is a bell pepper ring, a thick ring with a glob of meat in it, and a sauce on top?
sorta like a stuffed bell pepper with out an enclosed pepper?

Yeah Stella it is a chunk of pepper with a glob of meat in it. Like meatloaf and stuffed peppers all in one. She sometimes cooks some pretty good things, her fried chicken looks pretty darn good. I dont like watching the Neeleys, they are annoying, and I dont need 10000 recipies for collard greens.

the only reason why i asked " what??" was because I didn't recall reading colored in the OP. i skimmed right over it. Yea I heard of that before, as well as others.

I should have re read the OP before I asked.
