Corned Beef or Pastrami sandwiches and ???

I am going to make some corned beef sandwiches for dinner tonite along with some homemade pea soup. What is your fav to go on these sammies? I'm thinking rye bread, mozzarella cheese, and as for type of mustard? I'm stumped! bold & spicey? And we like to have these sandwiches warmed up, cheese slightly melty,,,ummmm getting hungry already! Oh, and can't forget the big honkin' dill pickle on the side

Oh now I'm hungry. Pastrami with swiss cheese on rye, a big dill pickle. I heat the pastrami with cheese prior to putting it on the bread.

A Reuben

Corned beef
Sauerkraut
Swiss cheese

Grey Poupon and a little smear of Bloomin' Onion Dip (which I use on almost everything!)

Bloomin’ Onion Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons ketchup
2 tablespoons cream-style horseradish
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
Dash ground black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper

I'm With Ang On This One!!! I Like The Spicy Mustard, Dijon Type, Dh Likes Thousand Island Dressing Or Mayo. But I Bet The Blooming Onion Sauce Would Be Awesome, Thanks For The Idea!!

Neither Babe nor I are kraut fans for reubens, but much prefer cole slaw on it instead.
