I am going to make some corned beef sandwiches for dinner tonite along with some homemade pea soup. What is your fav to go on these sammies? I'm thinking rye bread, mozzarella cheese, and as for type of mustard? I'm stumped! bold & spicey? And we like to have these sandwiches warmed up, cheese slightly melty,,,ummmm getting hungry already! Oh, and can't forget the big honkin' dill pickle on the side
