I just smoked a pork and beef roast yesterday and it was awesome. I've had my smoker for two years and yesterday was the first time I used it.

Be sure to soak your chips before using them as wet ones produce more smoke than dry. One other tip: do NOT keep opening the door to 'check' on the meat. It really extends the cooking time due to the heat loss.
