Guy was fired for sending/receiving porn on his, company issued, cell phone.

He's *sure* his First Amendment rights were violated.

Some people are so clueless. I think the problems are going to get worse. We have a generation of, "we have the right to do everything" and "we are the center of the universe" and "we are owed a fairy tale life."

This is the same generation that seems to have difficulty with self-direction, self-motivation and responsibility (I sure don't miss teaching high schoolers).
