gosh what a fast weekend

football game on friday, it was out of town, so by the time we got back to the school, and unloaded all the equipment etc, it was 11:30 by the time i got to bed.
we lost the game, but the band looks great !


we had a band competition on saturday, we performed last, because we came in first last year. it's 3 hours away.
this year, we came home with best percussion, best color guard, best visual effect, made top ten, then finished number one in finals !!!

next competition is tomorrow night. i have family going with me to see DD perform.

I'd Ride My Horse To Your House, And Start To Go In To See You, Someone Would Open The Gate, The Horse Would Get Out And I'd Go Chase It, I Never Got To See You, Because Of That Damned Horse! Lol

Stella, sorry y'all lost the game, but glad to hear that the band was good.
Weekends do go by too fast when you have young ones at home.

Wow, with the weather here in Indiana Apachelady...I wish I could have went to the beach with you! Instead we were at a bon fire roasting weenies trying to keep warm!
