I have some chicken thighs marinating in tons of garlic, olive oil and rosemary..........I believe it's called Chicken Grande. Will roast it this afternoon and any leftovers will end up in chicken salad or chicken quesadillas. Cause we never ever know who's going to be here for dinner. Could be 2 or 7.
Probably also making some Ruth Chris' potatoes au gratin and some brussel sprouts.
I think I'm going to make that cheesy wild rice casserole again, but this time I'll add some shrimp and artichokes. I think I'm addicted to this stuff...lol
Some kind of veggie for the side.
We're in Rochester, NY for two weeks and DH and I ate at a restaurant called Bazil's. It was delicious. I had seafood pasta and DH had Alfredo sauce w/ pasta.
